Embedding issue via sue?

Following Fgviva's advice on posting this here.

Issue is this video

I assume sue users cause this.
I would hope su would work with them to eliminate videos can't be embedded.
(remove sue option)

It's not anything to do with SUE, the problem is that the person who uploaded the video to YouTube doesn't want it to be watched on any other site apart from YouTube.

Its one of the option you get once the video has been uploaded, you can also disable comments and to make the video private so that only your friends can watch it.
