So you don't need to submit them to SUV specifically - just thumb them into the database and people using SUV can see the video just fine. |

| | arleas | Nov 26, 2007 9:35pm | You know, I just now read this and it's not entirely true. SUV doesn't poll all the video sources. Only the largest of them. I was going to look for a list of the various sources it DOES use for an example of one it does not use, but I can't seem to find it. I'm pretty sure it doesn't use videos from last.fm (which is a rather recent addition), and I've never seen a dailymotion video show up in SUV though I haven't been there much lately so I could be wrong.
So anyway, saying ANY video you stumble is potentially put into SUV isn't entirely correct unless the devs have been extremely busy working to get more sources compatible with it. |
